Policies and T&Cs
Thank you for choosing to book with us and we hope that you will enjoy your stay with us.
The below terms and conditions apply to your booking and form a legally binding contact with us.
Check in - You will be able to check in from 3pm unless an earlier check in has been arranged, please do update us of an estimated time of arrival as the check in area is not manned, key collection will be by secure code and check in after 5pm.
Damages - We are sure that you will take care whilst you stay with us, and we acknowledge that accidents sometimes happen, but please do report any breakages or damages as soon as they occur, we do not usually charge for minor breakages, but we do reserve the right to charge for any significate cleaning, repairs or replacement costs this includes staining from make up and fake tan that we are unable to get out with intensive washing.
Liability - We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, or vehicle or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees/contractors during their employment.
Safety - For your safety the use of candles, incense sticks or cooking appliances or alike in guest rooms are not permitted as these can be a fire hazard.
Security - We do ask that you ensure that you have closed and locked both your bedroom and main doors at all times for your security.
A booking-in form must please be completed by all guests on arrival with passport numbers for overseas visitors to be included, these will be left in reception for those that are arriving after 5pm and can be posted into the black key return box on the wall.
Fire - Please read the fire notices in your room and make yourself familiar with the exit route - we are a Non Smoking Guest House/Site
Reception-We do not offer a 24 hour reception but someone is usually around from 7:30am until around 5pm but we can of course be contacted by telephone should you need any assistance if we have popped out or after 5pm or any other time.
Pets - For the comfort of our guests we do not allow pets, if you do have a assistance dog please inform us prior to booking.
Data protection- Any data collected as a result of your booking will be stored in accordance with the provisions of the current Data protection legislation
Complaints - In the event of a complaint , we will investigate and respond in a timely and courteous manner. Where appropriate, we will make immediate amends.
No smoking/vaping - We are a No smoking establishment, if we do find that you have been smoking in your room including out of your window or anywhere inside of the premises then we reserve the right to ask you to leave, you will remain liable for the cost of your stay, we also reserve the right to charge a sum of another nights stay as we will not be able to re-let the room as it will require extra cleaning and airing.
Polite reminder - Please remember that you will be sharing the Guest house with other guests and we kindly ask you to be considerate of this and behave accordingly.
Parking - Onsite parking is available and is subject to availability and for a maximum of one vehicle per room, additional parking can be found nearby should it be needed for extra cars including a park and ride which is free for 24 hours and car parks in Bicester town which offer 24 hour parking.
Payments/cancelations: This can be done by using the booking button on the website or calling us direct to book if you wish to pay a different way.
Cancellations can be made by telephone or email at least 7 days before your planned arrival date. If you cancel later that this we reserve the right to charge you the total amount of your booking. In the event of an emergency or wishing to cancel less than the 7 days prior to arrival we maybe able to offer you an alternative date to stay. In the event that we do not receive a cancelation notice or you do not use your booking we will charge your debit or charge card the full value of your reservation. Whole house bookings require a minimum of 28 days for cancelations due to the volume of bookings.
In the event of government action related to COVID-19 closure we will offer a refund to you or you can rebook in for another date .
